This stone faced property in Cornwall was in need of lime pointing and some areas of stonework rebuilding.
As this was a newly built property in Cornwall, the cement pointing was replaced with lime pointing as the cement had caused the external stonework to fracture and over time deteriorate.
Due to the stone being so friable a softer and more natural lime pointing mix was established and the final colour promotes the natural stone.
